I believe that such tools are the future, because they allow us to differentiate between visual-spatial and object neglect, which is extremely important in spatial rehabilitation. We will continue to work with NEUROSET.
While working with the patient, I tested NEUROSET and was pleasantly surprised by the results. Standard tests did not reveal any abnormalities, but NEUROSET helped to record visual field loss and errors in stimulus selection. Thanks to this, we clearly understand what to work on next, and continue training in this program.
The results of this screening provide the therapist with detailed information on which aspects to focus on during rehabilitation. This allows for the creation of individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the specific type of neglect, optimizing the patient’s recovery process.
